Those three words describe the design sensibilities reflected in the American Society of Interior Designer's Showcase at the Eastern Iowa Home Improvement and Landscaping Show February 08 - February 11.
In the contemporary and eclectic living room created by Flack Interior Design, a luxurious wool cable-stitched area rug is the nesting place for twin serpentine chaise lounges. "The room is romantic but functional, casually elegant. I think this look works for people living in an older home who want a more contemporary look or for someone furnishing a loft space." says Kathy Flack, who worked on the room with colleague Brandy Smith.
